1. Who we are

NeuroKids is operated by SmartX Technologies ("SmartX Technologies", "we", "us", "our"). SmartX Technologies is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through NeuroKids.

2. Personal data we collect

Payment data (card details, billing address, tax IDs) is collected directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and is not stored by SmartX Technologies.

Some of our service providers may be located outside your country or region. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, in accordance with applicable law.

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable law (typically several years). When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

NeuroKids is intended to be used by adults (parents, teachers, therapists) on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
